He did a great job selecting homes for me view - and I put an offer on one that wasn't even officially on the market yet - a flip that was almost finished. Things were moving along very fast, when I got the inspection report back, indicating that there were many, very expensive problems with the house. Broke my heart, because I did love the house, but Lance (wisely) talked me down from the ledge, and I was out of the contract (at no expense) in 24 hours.
